Returning a Product is Easy
- Fill out the return form on this page. Asterisks (*) denote a mandatory field.
- Click submit.
- We will contact you via email with additional return instructions and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
The Fine Print
- You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 60 days of your order date for a full refund. If you do not like the item or it does not fit properly, you will be responsible for return shipping.
- We will pay the return shipping costs and provide a shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- We will not provide refunds for items that have been used or are returned in unsellable condition.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
- Please note: Your credit card company may not post the credit to your account for an additional 2-10 business days.
