EV-7 was founded in July of 2020 by Phil Arthur, former PDGA Hall of Fame National Tour Champion. The flagship product in the EV-7 line is the Penrose putter. EV-7 strives to create the best line of putters on the market through advancements in design, consistency, durability, and texture and feel.
